Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 11, 2026
PresenceConductor is operated by iRusty LLC. This policy explains how we handle information for our content operations and social publishing service.
Information we process
- Workspace member names, email addresses, roles, authentication records, and audit events.
- Content, media, instructions, approvals, schedules, and publication receipts submitted to a workspace.
- For connected social accounts: account and Page identifiers, display names, granted permissions, OAuth access tokens, publication status, and Page/post analytics returned by the platform.
Connected social accounts and Pages
An authorized workspace administrator may connect a social account or company Page that the administrator is authorized to manage through the platform's official OAuth and API process. We never ask for or store the administrator's platform password.
We use connected-account data only to list authorized Pages, prepare and review content, schedule or publish administrator-approved organic posts, and display Page/post performance. We do not scrape social platforms, send member messages, sell connected-account data, or use it for advertising.
Human approval and workspace isolation
Connecting an account does not authorize publication. Content approval, scheduling, and publication are separate controlled actions. Each client workspace can access only the accounts and Pages explicitly authorized for it. Tokens are encrypted at rest, transmitted over encrypted connections, restricted to the publishing service, and protected by role checks and audit records.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and platform providers only as needed to operate PresenceConductor, including hosting, database, authentication, and the social networks selected by an authorized administrator. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.
Retention, revocation, and deletion
Connected-account data is retained only while needed to operate the authorized workspace or meet security and legal obligations. An administrator can revoke access through the social platform's permitted-services settings or request disconnection or deletion from iRusty. Revocation prevents future API access. Deletion requests are completed subject to limited security, audit, or legal-retention requirements.
