Terms of Use

PresenceConductor is a content operations and publishing service operated by iRusty LLC. You may use it only for workspaces, accounts, and Pages you are authorized to manage and in compliance with applicable law and each connected platform's terms.

Account and Page authorization

You are responsible for confirming that every connected account or Page is authorized by its owner and that workspace roles remain accurate. Do not share passwords with PresenceConductor or attempt to connect resources you do not control.

Content and publication

You retain responsibility for content approved through your workspace. Connecting an account does not itself authorize publication; approval, scheduling, and publication remain separate actions. You must not use the service for unlawful content, spam, scraping, deceptive engagement, unsolicited member messaging, or platform-policy violations.

Access and availability

We may suspend access needed to protect a workspace, comply with law or platform requirements, or investigate misuse. Platform APIs and review programs are controlled by their respective providers and may change or become unavailable.
